GOOD TO KNOW

Your rental,
explained.

What if I am not sure which equipment I need?

Start with your test objectives, application and site conditions. We help translate that brief into an equipment package, with ratings, interfaces and accessories confirmed against the planned test.

What site support is included?

Support is agreed as part of the project scope. Site access, connection arrangements, test operation and support responsibilities are confirmed before dispatch.

Can I request calibration records and other documents?

Include your document requirements in the enquiry. Calibration documentation, equipment checks and other records depend on the selected instruments and agreed rental scope.

How is the rental period arranged?

Share the required delivery date and rental term. Scheduling, handover, off-hire and collection arrangements are confirmed with the equipment scope and quotation.

What information is useful for a quotation?

Send the project location, application, test objectives and schedule. If known, include equipment ratings, quantities, interfaces, accessories and support requirements. Models, availability and delivery are confirmed in the quotation.
